Incorporate a scrub into your massage routine, targeting your feet, legs, or any area where you'd like to remove excess dead skin. Scrubs are beneficial for rejuvenating and brightening the skin, eliminating dead skin cells from the surface and leaving it feeling silky smooth. The advantages of using an exfoliating scrub include unclogging pores, preventing acne, evening out skin tone, and enhancing circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Cupping

30 minutes: $70
50 minutes: $90

Cupping therapy utilizes specially designed plastic cups for body treatments. These cups, applied with a handheld pump, create suction on the skin when placed over areas of muscular discomfort. The process involves lifting the muscle and skin, maintaining this position for a set duration. This technique is known to enhance flexibility, blood circulation, and overall well-being, as well as alleviate pain and bodily tension by loosening the fascia. While cupping does not cause bruising, it may leave marks resembling hickeys due to the duration the cups remain on the skin. These marks generally disappear after one to two weeks, which is considered a normal part of the therapy's process.

This service is provided on an individual basis and does not include a massage. Please refer to the other services listed if you are interested in adding a massage, and request to include this therapy as an additional option.

Graston Therapy

30 minutes: $75
45 minutes: $85
Cupping Added: $20

Graston Therapy is a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) used to treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. It involves using specialized stainless-steel tools to gently scrape or glide over the skin and underlying tissues to break down scar tissue, fascial restrictions, and adhesions. This helps improve circulation, reduce pain, and promote healing in damaged tissues.

The therapy uses a set of specially designed instruments that vary in size and shape. These tools are applied to the affected area to gently mobilize the tissue. When knots or bands of scar tissue are encountered, both therapist and patient sense a restriction or a granular feeling from the instrument.

The practitioner/therapist uses the instruments to "scrape" or apply controlled pressure to targeted areas of the body, such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. The technique helps stimulate blood flow to the area and promote the healing of damaged tissue.

The benefits of GT include the following:

  • Reduces scar tissue and adhesions

Sculpt Ice

Sculpt Ice is a distinctive treatment that stimulates the body's natural process of thermogenesis, which metabolizes fat and converts it into energy. Lymphatic massage is integrated into this method as it is essential for eliminating excess lymphatic buildup, allowing the results to be visually observed.

The frozen product or clay stimulates the body's natural cold-induced thermogenesis, leading to the "burning" of fat cells to restore normal body temperature. Subsequently, toxins are expelled naturally by the lymphatic system.

This modality offers numerous benefits, such as tightening and toning, reducing inflammation, aiding skin elasticity and cellulite reduction, detoxifying, nourishing the skin, and enhancing energy levels.

Before a session, it is advisable to avoid heavy meals and to use the restroom. After the session, it is recommended to drink plenty of water, refrain from consuming heavy meals, and engage in light exercise, such as walking.
